Phase 1
I don't know if I can go off of phase 1 yet. I am feeling like I want to keep losing just a little more. My mom is coming to town for a week and wants to lose 5 lbs. I think I will stay in phase 1 and help her. I don't know what to do. I feel like it will be easier for me to keep doing if I don't have carbs. It is easier for me to stay on than to have to do it again later.

I've been reading a lot and have learned that there will be a real tendency to gain the weight back if you don't introduce the carbs back. I would add them back and eat 'smart'. Add them back SLOWLY and see what the scale does - if it goes up, cut back - if it stays the same or if you loose keep it going. I'm reading a book right now, "Real Age" that is facinating and says we add YEARS to our calendar age if we don't eat at least 4 fruits / 5 veggies a day! It's written by Oprah's Dr. Oz & Roisen (sp?) - these guys know their stuff!
