falling

Every night I have to go the the bathroom a million times. Our bedroom is downstairs and our bathroom is upstairs. And for anyone that has been over to our house they know that the stairs in our house are so steep and short. Each stair barely fits my tinsy foot.

Anyways...I am so afraid of falling down that I am always VERY careful. Last night however I slipped and and fell I only had a couple of stairs left but I landed hard on my arm and bum. I was fine but just sitting on the ground trying to recover (i didn't even make a peep) and Cortney jumped out of bed and came running to me as fast as he could.

Cortney NEVER hears anything when he is sleeping...the kids could be bawling their brains out and he would sleep right through it. But he heard me slip and jumped up as fast as he could. I thought it was the cutest thing ever. I told him I was fine but he insisted he help me back to my side of the bed. What a good man right? (ick...I hate romantic posts....I guess this is as mushy as it gets for me)

Glad you're OK! ! ! That always scares me to death - falling when pregnant! I'm glad he was there for you -he's a good man - you're a lucky woman . . . he's a lucky man!

What a good guy. His subconscious mind knows when to wake up when it's really important. That's cool. Glad you're OK.

I'm so paranoid about stairs too. I try to avoid them. I've fallen down stairs twice this pregnancy. Nothing serious...but I really seem to get a little more clumsy when I'm pregnant. Of course, it doesn't take much for me to lose my balance.

I'm always up for reading a "romantic" post. Glad you (and the baby) are okay.
